Hey is this temperature fine?

Hey guys It is right now in my room around 60 degrees celsius. This should be fine plus the heat from two 2 watt warm white cfls yeh? For seedlings for 3 weeks until transplant outside?

Also it is going to be a bit chilly outside maybe like 50 degrees out is that alright?

For vegging, I would try to get at least the 5k bulbs, and as far as putting outside in 50 degree weather, you will have slower growth than in 70-80 degree weather, but nothing life threatening.
If you get down into the 40's for an extended period of time, like night, and following ay, you might get some P lockout from it along with the slow growth.
Myself, I have 2 plants vegging over a month now, and I'm just waiting for the night time temps to stay above 60 for a week or so before I put them out even though I have them out for about 6-8 hrs/ day.
