HG Hydroponics

Right, so my question is:

I've seen all of the negative reviews, but they all seem to be over a year ago now, and it is meant to be under new ownership. Can anyone tell me (first hand experience preferably) if they have reformed, and operate a good service now?

Bought quite a lot of moneys worth of stuff from them, and then all these reviews pinged up on google :s My fault i guess.

I've seen a mixed picture, but it would be nice if someone could tell me first hand of what they are like now, so i know what to expect.

I'm not sure if this is the right section, but i'm new to the forum so give me a break please.

Fairly worried now :s was the last of my money... my fault for not doing my research.
Oh well, maybe they'll prove all of the negative reviews wrong!

If it is the store I am thinking of, they still suck. I boycotted them forever after my last grow. I am much happier with the shop I go to now, better prices and customer service.

I know this is my first post here but I felt the need to warn people about HG Hydroponics

This site is a scam I made an order in setember and all they have done is give me bullshit excise about delivery couriers. Be warn I lost over 400 Euros to them don’t make the same mistake as me

That’s all I have to say bye all

AVOID THIS SITE, unless you don't mind,

Having secondhand/damaged goods passed on as new
Poorly packed items
No reply to phone messages or emails
Missing items

Looks like i'm going to have to just write of my losses...

How does this company stay in bussiness with such poor service I don't know, but they won't be getting my business ever again

Hi, I know your post is old, but just to let you and others know, HG-hydroponics in Lincolnshire UK is still up to his old tricks in JAN_2014 and sadly, I am one of the latest victims. Nothing has changed with this guy or this and on-line shop. I won't bore you with details. All I will say if you do still decide to order anything from them, like myself use paypal so you stand a good chance of getting your money back. Cheers

Bought RUC silent fan, does not work and looks like an old item. HG don't ever answer the phone or emails, looks like £300 waisted. Fookers
