I want to build a led lights but i would like to use the best strips thats going to get me top shelf bud. Thsnk you
Have fun getting your hands on those. they're sold out same day they're back in stock.Pacific Light Concepts photo boost strips.
Great spectrum with proven grow results on youtube
Good build video
I'd pick Atreum's strips over PLC anyway. I'm not keen on the way the reds were implemented on PLC's. Atreum runs them the length of the strip.Have fun getting your hands on those. they're sold out same day they're back in stock.
Too bad they're $120 a strip. Very much so a rip off.I'd pick Atreum's strips over PLC anyway. I'm not keen on the way the reds were implemented on PLC's. Atreum runs them the length of the strip.
They do come pre-heatsinked and wired though. At one dollar per watt with sink and wiring thrown in, I think it's a solid deal, especially for newbies to DIY.Too bad they're $120 a strip. Very much so a rip off.
I always forget about those Vestas. Really ought to try them myself sometime.Blux vestas: for 120 you have all the chips for a 2x4, almost 2400 diodes, and can run the them between .1-.2w per diode. Throw in driver, 3M selfadhesive and some alu sinking for another 100. Running strips hard is defeating the purpose of getting good spread. 120w thru 4 feet of strip? Why not try to put it thru 12 feet instead.
Their specs dont really shine but i guess you just have to see it for your self.
Thank you. What makes 1 strip better than the other one. Is it spectrum?Too bad they're $120 a strip. Very much so a rip off.
Mainly the diodes used, how many and how much current they can handle. Whether or not they need heatsinks is a factor and yes of course, doe trim plays a role too. But that comes down to which LEDs are placed on it. I.e. reds/UV/IR.Thank you. What makes 1 strip better than the other one. Is it spectrum?
