HI! Need Growing Room Plans 4 20x20 garage

Hi!! New user here from Spokane, WA, growing MM. I have a 20'x20' garage, with an attic area, above an 8' flat ceiling, in a rural area, and a small budget, or at least limited resources, but some labor help, I need ideas or plans or layouts, material lists, etc., to convert this garage into a multiple grow rooms for different strains, and generations of plants. I also need info on automatic watering systems, and ventaliation systems and heat/humidity equipment. If this is your first grow room I suggest starting small or the learning curve can get real expensive. You'll pretty much end up changing things as you get your feet wet. Especially considering the size your talking about . Most people grow in a closet or a 10x10 is considered a pretty large grow. This will take double the time you're expecting. Check on E-bay for equipment. I've found many people make the investment and then find out it's not as easy as you'd think and then just want to unload their stuff. If you take your time you'll find some real bargins. How many plants are you wanting to grow?
