During 12/12 do the plants still grow while budding? sorry if this sounds a little silly. thanks

yeah, they can double in size

the first few weeks of flowering plants will grow and stretch, some more than others, and there are environmental factors that can effect how much or how little stretch, but there will be stretch and some growing, after those few weeks, upward and outward growth slows and buds develop.
