hiding plants in a hole

Just wondering if anyone knows of a material that lets lots of sunlight through but you cannot see through it from above? maybe some sort of canvas.

I'm thinking about digging large hole in the ground and putting something overtop to conceal my plants. Any thoughts...

it would have to be a huge hold to assure enough sunlight. the angles of the sun would prevent many usable hours of sunlight. bulldozer? :blsmoke:

I had this same idea, I was thinking some plexiglass with holes for air circulation covered with some camflouge netting and a few dead branches.

Ya, this is an idea you're probably best off just to let go. not nearly worth the trouble. You'd lose a ton of light, incredulous temperatures and a ridiculous/annoying setup to deal with all the time. You may be overthinking the security from an aerial aspect.
