When I opened the boxes with my old growing stuff the newspapers I had used to pack it were dated September 1990. Yes it has been a while. Lucky where I live the medical use of Marijuana is now legal. There seems to be a real turning of the tide. California is voting on legalising for everyone this year.
Well after 20 years the only thing that did not work was the pump for the ebb and flow table. I was concerned that I would not know the lingo after all that time but I was surprised that terms like sea of green and rockwool were still in use. I was also very happy to see many of the strains I had purchased from back then were still available with a whole bunch of new ones.
One thing that has changed is the equipment to test pH. Back then very few people invested in electronic test equipment and i don't recall anyone using continuous testing equipment. I also believe in being as green as I can so the new LED lights appeal to me and I will make that investment and retire my HPS.
Looks like it will take a few weeks to get through the paperwork for the medical card so in the mean time I will reacquaint myself by reading a lot in places like this. Thanks for making this forum available.
