HLG 135W hanging height and power seed to harvest?

Hey guys,

first time grower using a 135w v2 rspec quantum board

Do you all have any suggestions for hanging height and power settings for this light from seed to harvest?

They don’t have any materials on their site and looking on the internet gives me plenty of different answers. I’m worried I’ll burn the plants.

@Moflow thanks for this! Do you have any material on what measurements a cannabis plant should roughly have during each stage? Like how strong during seedling, veg, flower stages?

About 30 inches for seedlings
Dropping to 24" to 18" for vegging
18" to 15" for flowering
