Hlg 550 or 600?

Here soon I plan on upgrading to qbs, and I see that the hlg 600 is much cheaper than the 550. The 600 is a kit, but I still cant see why it's so much cheaper?
Anyways, which should I go for? I plan on using a 4x4 tent. And should I go 3 or 4 plants in that 4x4?
