hmm..is there something wrong??

it seems to me that my seedlings have stopped growing over the last few days/week. im new to aero so this could be the norm but it seems that im at a standstill. now, my roots are growing nicely. everytime i look i seem to be getting more and more coming in but the plant themselves arent gaining any height or width. room temp is about 68. cloner/rez 68. 50 hum. cfls a few inches above. ppm 400 and ph 5.7. is there any need to be concerned?

Nope. As long as roots are growing the plant is too. Just keep your environment in check, which it sounds like you have, and they'll be fine.

should i raise to temps to about 80 or so...? not too cold in there?

Nah 68 is fine, for the low end. Don't let it get any colder during lights on and you'll be fine. And think of it this way, you still have "room" to add a few cfls or whatever

still have my 600mh..just was waiting for them to get a lil bigger to take it
