Hi there!
I have been coming to RollItUp and ghosting for about a decade. Circumstance and legalization (my Ex-wife had legitimate reservations) kept me outside the game.
The only prior attempt to grow cannabis before this year was a few decades ago with a closet and a few CFLs. it went as lackluster as you might imagine.
This year I ended up becoming a vegetable gardener with the intent of throwing a few beans in my beds, and hoping for the best.
I bought a ten pack of seeds from a local dispo, but due to a combination of a late start (early June) low successful germination (30%), and pests (a year old boxer), I have a stunted 5 inch girl of sadness, amongst thriving(ish) tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers.
Despite the loss, I really became fixated on gardening in general, so much that I wanted to start preparing for next season. While a small light, seedling dome, and shelf would have been enough for starters, I still have the itch to move indoors for year round cultivation that limits the unpredictability of the natural world.
After years of hemming and hawing I have purchased my first tent, light, ect, and should be popping a few beans as early as next weekend.
Anywho, Hello and Thank you!
