Holes all over my leafs PLEASE HELP

Ok this is my first post on here but I really need someones help I have 4 plants growing 3 in really good condition and one that was doing good but now I don't know whats happening to it. it looks horrible here are some pics. Im just looking for advice I really want to save this plant but I don't know what to do. I feed them all nuts 2-3 times a week when needed. thanks. The third picture is what it looked like before this started happening it was one of my strongest plants

bugs, find somethig to kill them with.

like what? like I said this is my first time. and if I find something to kill them with will it come back and produce any buds?

I understand why old timers here get pissed with noobs now. Neem oil. Look it up use Google. Not to be an ass but there are an ass ton of stickys just for bugs.
