Holes in veins and white spots, black/brown spots

Hello, I’m using mills nutrient and tap water, now I am in week 5 of veg. I just transplant plants in bigger pots, a little late . I saw black and brown spots and I defoliated them twice. I also saw white holes in the leaves. Please help me, I don’t know what those white holes can be. 1 EC last feed, ph between 5.9-6.2 usual, and I’m using coco coir with 20% perlite. That can be nutrient lockout, wind burn,bugs? I don’t see any egg or bugs on the leaves.

Hiya, it's been a few days so I thought I would check in to see if things have improved or gotten worse? If worse could you upload some new pics please? How much mills are you giving in week 5? 1EC Seems a bit low at this stage and might explain the red spots and general pale colouring. I'd be at 1.3 by now at least.
 
Hi, the good news is that the pics you provided don't show any signs of bugs. The marks in the pictures are just typical growth imperfections--no big deal. You are fine and your grow appears bug free
