Hi all,

Hope everyone is healthy & happy. I've been taking my vitamins, so far so good.

Im unpacking & setting up my grow tent tonight in hopes that I'll be able to grow a batch of auto's in time for the holidays. Not sure if I'll be able to have it in time for Thanksgiving or not but its worth a shot.

The auto seeds have been sitting in a plastic bag in a draw for at least 2yrs now - fingers crossed that they'll still good.

Last years grow (my 1st) was quite the learning experience for me. This grow I'll be using Promix. I'm a little nervous about feeding the plants daily as I dont want to burn them or stress them, stunting their growth like I did in my soil grow.

Questions:
1. Do you think the 2yr old auto seeds are still good?
2. Should I do the promix or do another soil grow?
3. Do you think the autos will be ready to smoke by the 3rd week of November? (14wks from today)

No need to feed daily with promix I feed till runoff wait till she’s dry then feed again or just water I let them dry out between feedings

1. Maybe, it depends on how you stored them. Humidity and light aren’t good for seeds. I keep mine in jars with rice (uncooked) in the fridge. Only way to know is to try them.
2. Skip soil inside and use soilless. I like sunshine #4 but lots of folks like Promix.
3. Maybe, it depends on how long you like the cure.
Do not feed them daily, like @ct26turbo said let them dry out between fluid applications and I fert, water, fert.... I also get good runoff every time when I’m feeding chemical nutes. How you planning on feeding them?

Not sure why I always think I bought autos when I didnt.
I have Green Crack Feminized and Caramelicious Feminized. I just floated 3 Caramelicious and 4 GC.

The seeds have been stored in small sealed plastic bags inside a Otterbox inside a draw. (see pics below)

I'll be using FloraMicro, Bloom, Gro & Cal-Mag.

Tent is up. Lights & Air hung. I still need to pick up a couple small ocsilliating fans.

I don’t think that’s regular promix I think the one you have there has fertilizer in it not sure just wait on the feedings once you get growing

100% (7) of the seeds sprouted long tap roots. I just moved them into solo cups. One of them fell a bit sideways in the hole but I figured she'd find her way up to the light and it was best to leave it alone rather than try to dig her out and drop her in straight.

Q: This Pro-mix Im using is Soil right. So the water PH should be between 6-7.

Also do you check/adjust your PH after your put in your nutes or just the water.

2 years is nothing for seeds stored ok they be fine
