I wanted to take a quick second to share a recent experience I had with this company. I feel like it's important to share the good times as well as the bad. Consumers deserve to be informed.
I used the text line to communicate with these guys and it didn't take long to get a reply. They only had one pack left of the lineage I was looking for so the seller agreed to hold it for me. I filled out my order form and put my payment into an envelope and shipped it. 24hrs later it arrived according to UPS. After the weekend I reached out to them confirming receipt. For some reason they said that they had not received the envelope dispite a "delivered" status on the UPS website. I asked them what they wanted me to do since it showed to be delivered.
They simply responded "Don't worry about it your order has already been shipped"
I checked back in a few days later and they still didn't have the envelope. It sounds to me like the UPS driver might have snagged the cash and claimed it to be delivered. Rather than screw me these guys went out of their way to make it right and ship me what I paid for. They were very polite and professional. A+ in my book and I hope some other people see this and throw some business their way.
