Holland Secret Grow, Micro, Bloom

Hi all, I'm just starting my 3rd grow, but had to change my nutes as previous one i used (Dutch Master Gold range) were unavailable. I am now going to be using Holland Secret Grow- Micro- Bloom. I know this is gonna sound stupid but can anybody help me with how to use it as i never used it before and not sure what the micro is for and how much i should use Cannot understand the feeding guide on the bottle as is not very well explained. Cheers in advance for any feedback

Use micro pour into res then add grow then add bloom. In that order make sure to let them mix a lil before adding the next. I go half strenght to start then within 2 weeks full strength the plants love it.
