I Came across one thread of a guy useing a blended up bananna with 1 egg white, and then strained it and he got outstanding results, bannanas have high potassium which plants in flower love, so any other ideas you might have?

ya i alway shave problems with fruit flies but only in the summer months

we ust to make Fert. with
manure and water. plants loved it.
Might be smelly for indoor use. LoL
