Home siezure?

Question, If for some reason I was to get caught growning about 4 or 5 plants for personal use(Seriosly) in my home, is there any way the house can be seized? And I live in upstate NewYork

From what I know- only the FEDs can seize actual property, whom which usually don't bother with anything under 100 plants. The local cops sure as hell can take all your grow equip and such though.

I see how u got ussaly, so what would constitute them to come aftre me?
ans I ask this cause im soparanoid to grow...lol, just imagane when I go to smoke the weed...lol

I think its always possible but I think its rare for a couple plants. Just don't have any scales or anything that makes it look like a commercial venture and you should be good.

First thing you have to do is consider your environment and what you have to work with. You should base your whole setup around the constraints of your area and do not exceed it. Dont grow at home in your parents house or property, dont do it. No to rental property as well. Next, dont tell no one anything about it, never. Yes there will end up being a select few, but hopefully you really know who your friends are. If you dont do anything stupid like getting drunk and talking about it, grow away man, have fun and good luck. Also know your local laws and take whatever you want, just weigh risk versus reward.
