Homemade Clone Box

I went ahead and started a clone box and this is what we have so far after 2 days of work and $20 (which was actually for the white-rimmed clone).
Right now they are under 18/6 with a Lights of America 2 ft florescant that we aquired from a friend, along with the tarp, fan and clones.

So far we have 7 in there, I watered them earlier tonight.
There is a tiny elevated clone not pictured, also its right in front of the vent and I think it will do well there.

Let me know how you think we did.

The box looks good man, but i do recommend getting better lighting if your gonna do 7. I would think about getting a HPS, maybe a 250w or 400w would be good for your setup. I would also increase your lighting time, because the more dark you give them, they are gonna stretch like crazy. And it looks like your space is limited, so just something to think about. When i veg mine, i go a full 24/0. If you use this advice you will have tight node spacing in the long run and be happy with the final outcome.

Hell yeah, thanks.
I dont have a ballast for an HPS yet but as of now I have another 2 ft light just like the one already mounted.

I have a similar setup and I use a really small Flouro my walls are lined with a solar blanket piece and when the become ready to transplant they go to the veg room.

I go 24 hours on clones people say 18 hrs is just as good or better cause of the dark period as for them stretching in the dark im not sure. I would think that there just gonna grow normaly and not stretch because there not stretching for light but thats just my opinion. As for putting a 400 in there it looks to small of a space i think the heat will give u problems if u can get a 250 in there id try that. I do my clones under 4 foot tubes then after 6 days lid comes off and 2 days later there under my cfls which are alot brighter a week later there under my big light to the side. I do this cause my clone room is only a closet and i do alot of clones. Alotta people say anything more than tubes or cfl's for cloning is too much light and that maybe true but i know when i put them under my big light to the side they seem to pop right up at the light. if i had a 250 w light id put them from tube right to 250 light then big room but anyways thats a nice cloning chamber looks good...

Thanks all your input guys.

I have a new question, is 85-90% humidity too much?
If so, how can I lower it?

Also, I was given a clone (back row on the left) that seemed to be wilted and dieing.
I watered it and in about 20 minutes, it sprung to life.

yea some times my clones look wilted if i mist and come back in awhile they look all healthy i get this alot on new clones for the first few days. As for 85-90% humidity im not sure but i would think thats ideal for clones i dont check my humidity for clones i have a hell of a time trying to get my dome to stay moisten but if i had 85-90 % id be happy with clones u can always lift lid to let a lil air in which u should at least once a day anyways to let in fresh air. If u see your plants drowning in moisture just lift lid but i think u got a good humidity range

Alright, also this was a dresser that we grabbed off the side of the road.
A little bit of elbow grease and tlc and wala! Im now officially a grower.:-o

Also, this can be called a clone/veg box because some of these clones are pretty decent size.
