what kinda light does it have? it looks a bit leggy
what's the feeding regimen like? it might be wanting some nitrogen (the yellowing leaves)

by "ml" i'm guessing you mean mh for metal halide...
no those are both fine (hps would be better for flower, but you have what you have!)
