I take it you have lights on at the coolest part of the day?
What's your set up? You in a tent? What lights, extraction fan? Good air circulation?
30°C is ok, it's not gonna kill them. They grow in a wide range of temperatures.
Wish I could get those temperatures lol. My temps are a Lot lower than that in winter.

Only way I got rid of my heat. Id get the dual hose though. I just missed return window and really only used when home ac not used. Otherwise single hose vent outside and raise temp of whole home. My next one will be dual hose. I LOVE this thing. It really was the only simplest way if you have a window.

What I learn is that temperature on flowering time has to be 26-27c am I wrong

It doesn't have to be 26 - 27°C. That's sorta an optimum temperature, faster growth. If you can get it all well and good but its not the be all end all.
I've some plants just in flower that are 22°C lights off to 24 - 25°C lights on for instance. Growing perfectly fine.
I can veg plants at around 16°C or even cooler on occasion.

If you give us your set up it would help a lot to figure out a way of lowering your temperatures maybe.
