Hey all hows it going? I have been growing for a few years now and iv basically established what nutes i like best and iv been using the same line/combo for the last 3 grows now. Iv been using a combo of Roots organic line and Meta-naturals line, its been working pretty good but since iv started using this combo iv seen so many interesting products pop up on the shelf. One line thats caught my eye is House and Garden. I have heard good things about there root enzyme solution, but it runs about 70 to 80 dollars for a small bottle every where i go. Also there Bud XL sounds promising but yet again its quite expensive and iv heard nothing about it from any one who has actually used it. Any one who has used any of there products, i would love to hear some feed back on there stuff. Is it worth the price? Is it forgiving if over used? any thing would help! Thanks

my buddy uses the root excelerator and says nothing but good things.. he also mentioned that the little bottle lasts him for about a year.

i've found most root treatments (enzyme, bacteria, etc.) if used correctly can make a substantial difference in the end product, not usuall as much of a taste or potency difference, but the size, density and overall plant health is noticeably different.
I like the advanced nutrients bottle of piranha root mass builder. 8 species of trichodermia fungi and 16 different species of endo and ecto mycorrihizal fungi.
the difference is HUGE when you transplant you can see it, white fuzzy rotts everywhere.
I've done the experiment on clones and the treated plant is ready for 12/12 about 10-12 days quicker than the non-treated.

Root excel is very concentrated so you are getting 250 gallons worth for $70......Bud XL is an enzyme that extracts sugars from the stalk and leaf and transports them into the buds....the only other product that does the same is Canna Boost which, due to ratio per gallon and price is about 5 times more expensive..........Both products are virtually impossible to burn with........Peace

I'm using this at the moment (because it's a hell of a lot cheaper than their "Excelurator"!),stimulator 1.
I think it's awesome, big thick fuzzy roots from the start!
If you look on their website this product is not listed, which makes me think that it's actually diluted Excelurator at a much cheaper price! (which they'd rather not sell you,can you say 'profit margin'!)
I have heard nothing but good things about Excelurator and if I could afford it I'd give it a try but I don't think I could justify the price difference when the "stimulator 1" is such a good product anyway.
