Housing outside 25 mile rule help.

HEllo all

I seem to remember there being a map that the State put out of all the operating dispensaries and the 25 mile radius around them. Can anyone provide a link to it for me please. I am trying to find a new home outside of the radius but cant find a good map to go off of.... or if anyone knows of a few homes that they could link me as well that would be great. Make sure to check where the 11 or so that are waiting for state approval to open are.

YA that was one of my main concerns, im not looking forward to moving WAAAAAAAAy far out, then having to move even further then next year as the 25 miles circles eat up the rest of the state. So shitty....... But still Arizona has some of the best growing rules and limits...as long as you are are 25 miles out. But that will soon be an impossibility...

I cannot remember if there is a place on the state application for physical address and mailing address anybody filed recently?

Basically wondering if a patients card can be solely sent to a p.o. box? Privacy reasons etc (not from the state obviously)..

They say you can only list a P.O. Box if you are homeless, but I know a friend that is all about privacy and he was able to get his to say General Delivery for his address, and he just picked it up at his local post office.

What I'm wondering what will work as a loophole... Patient A & B both live in the valley but they have an address to use in Pinetop. They both register there. Get their cultivation rights... pick their cards up there/have them sent back... then Patient A registers to be B's caregiver in the valley, and vice versa, thus theoretically keeping both of their grows local and legal.

It will work fine unless they are caught through a investigation in which case they would face multiple felonies. Its not really a loop hole its fraud.

not fraud and the state has no authority or cash to investigate per their own website info on the subject

What would you call making up a address for the purpose of obtaining a card? Sure arapio or other agencys have no authority to investigate even if there is
a tip some complaint or even made up bullshit. You obviously haven't learned how the good old boys and there police network roll in AZ.

If the property is rented or owned it would hard pressed for someone to say otherwise. Rented or owned would seem to make it legal.

Pretty sure the recourse for cultivating at an address not listed on the card is a fine (as long as you have authorization), for those who are interested. Correct this statement if its wrong please. I think it has been brought up before.

Regardless, always best to stay in clear compliance of the law in a police state.

Your Authorization to Cultivate has no bearing on where you cultivate. I actually believe it is wise to cultivate at a location that is different from the one listed on ones card.

the rules say that you have to give them your PRIMARY RESIDENCE, it can't be just any address you own or rent. if you give an address where you don't really live, it wouldn't be that hard for investigators to prove it isn't your primary residence IF they really wanted to take the time to investigate and get the necessary proof. But it's a pretty safe bet that'll never happen.
this has been brought up before and someone posted a section from the azmma which says the penalty for not updating an address is just a $50 fine, iirc. it would be a little harder to prove that you didn't move after being approved and forgot to update the address

edit - you can grow anywhere you want to, the primary residence is just used to determine whether you qualify or not

Exactly Compassionate Caregiver! You are required to provide your Primary Residence to determine your eligibility to cultivate, where you choose to cultivate is only your business.

I would never encourage anyone to break the rules, but Primary Residence is pretty subjective. For instance, I am at a different girls house every night and they all think they are the primary. (i joke)

150 $ fine for failure to report a change in information on your card and your card still protects you. No felonies crazies. People should really do themselves a favor and read the law that protects them and if you do not understand it ask or hire someone who does ie a lawyer not your stoner buddy and certai ly not some reclusive hoarder who spews their mental diarrhea all over the internet.
