well if you have schwagg then the seeds are probably from the males. The crops were not well taken care of, or looked after, so the males were left in and the schwagg was 'fully seeded'
if it was dank bud with seeds then, yes, it is selfed. this, like stated earlier, means that the female put out a male flower for some reason, whether it be genetic or from stress of some sort, and that male flower pollenated the bud and made a seed. If you find one of these seeds, keep it. It will probably be dank if the mum was.
