If smoked: Bad = coughing, lungs hurt, whatever damage comes from brief smoke inhalation.
Long term use may make you a little slow cognitively.
Good = Feel goods, antidepressant, sleep aid, pain relief, overall stress relief.
Paranoid because of its illicity mostly id say....you might become paranoid: probably the most common reason people quit smokin.

cannabis has NO effect whatsoever on cognitive function. there have been several studies that show this. perhaps you should do some reading?

i know this sounds a little ridiculous but i have been smoking all my life, first time i hit a bowl i was four or five. but i had gotten high before that through foods and being shotgunned a few times... i started smoking regularly at thirteen. i smoke every day to this day and i have no lung or other health issues whatsoever. i am contemplating busting a wad of cash on a decent vaporizer however because they feel much cleaner on your lungs. i work out twice a day every day and rarely miss it so motivation is intact. smoking after exercise is the best feeling ever, probably has to do with the endorphin high i guess.
if you only want to smoke three times a week only smoke three times a week. my mom only smokes right before she sleeps cause she doesn't sleep so well. just smoke what your comfortable with otherwise you risk ruining a great thing for yourself, be especially cautious about edibles the first couple times you try weed cause you can get really, really high.
