How big is your plant b4 you flower?

Hey i was just wondering how big all of your plants our b4 you put them into flower...some pics would be great.

8-12 inchs

this pic show my plants 2/3 days before i put em to flower..

i flower mine str8 from clone (3-4").. and they look like this 3 weeks later

see the red cup in the back-left? theres a coupl more in the room... i put im in there in those for a couple days first... to let them get a nice root ball going... then i transplant..

you can even see the peat pellet where the soil washed away...
