Pc grow box seems to be popular. I would suggest getting an old dresser taking out the shelves and only using the faces with the handles on it. like here http://hailmaryjane.com/build-a-stealth-grow-box-for-less-than-150/ A pc grow box would be only good for 1 small plant. Which is a waste of time and money IMO.

just get a cab that suits the size requirements you need. hang in a shitload of CFL lights, preferably 26 watts or bigger. If ya got the cash, drop it on a nice T5 setup. Add fans and ventilation, next get a decent nutrient, and stick with it. I suggest Dyna-grow, but to each their own....
Just look at some proven systems that work, copy it. theres no shame. you dont have to go out and design the next state of the art grow setup.

No one guy/gal is gonna give you all the answers, your gonna spend at least the same amount of time as you would sit in a classroom to get a piece of paper, to really get all the info in your head. Take what works for you, toss the rest... I can grow better plants than some, in a 6" pot with promix,under floros than some can with a $2000 hydro system, and co2 & HID lights, hahah yeah some people think they know everything, then again, some of us really do.......
But there is more information on this site than youll really need. pay attention tho and you can get your PhD in Weedology, and Weedenomics.
Just scan through the posts, and read everything that catches your eye, dont forget to follow the links when some one refers to them. Youll get tossed to a post that hasnt been read in a year, but had tremendously helpful information.
So with that, Head North young man, theres a secret in a cave.....
