How can I transplant from this pot?

Hello fellow growers.
I've got a cheese feminized strain growing vigorously as of now indoors(I topped her too

) and it's been sitting for about 3 weeks(almost 3.5) in a 5 litter pot.I just noticed today one of the roots moving out of the soil from the bottom holes of the pot.(water run of).I want to transplant asap but where i am stumped is how do i do it since this is a plastic standard pot?Do i just attempt to cut the pot in half with some sort of tool?Or what?
Any suggestion is welcome,thanks.Happy growing fellas

Let it root out the pot more. Put your hand on the surface of the soil with the base of the plant between your middle and ring finger, turn upside down into your hand. Place in new pot with soil and water.

@Cletus clem has it right.
I like the soil to be slightly moist, not dry and crumbly not soggy either. maybe tap/smack the pot if doesn't just slide out. NO pulling, shaking, twisting, etc. that plants stem. if real problematic to get out use a flat piece of metal like a knife or wood like a paint stir stick, to slide between the pot and the soil.
FYI I use to put a firm plastic screen on the bottom of my potters. this way I could push through the drain holes with a dowel to push the plastic screen out with the dirt/roots on top of it.
