How do I know when to go from veg to flower

Title of post says it all

Hey man its really all about personal preference, or what your space has to offer. You can really start 12/12 from seed if you wanted to. Just make sure you dont veg so long that your plants will outgrow your space. Remember plants usually double or triple when they go into flowering. So if you flower at one foot, then most likely you will end up with a two-three foot plant when complete.

No offense meant here bro, but have you not been doing any reading or studying at all? This is a very basic question and can be answered very quickly from just doing some reading.

Anyway a lot depends on height. You will want to go into flower when your girls are about 1/2 or so, of the size you want them too finish at.

Again, no offense at all, most of us don't mind helping. But if you do some studying and planning you will learn more about cannabis growing then you ever thought possible. Good luck my friend and get reading.

You have seen my threads and my set up. I obviously know what I am doing, And I just thought there was a different way than height.

If you want to get the most from an individual plant you should vegg it for a long time, Ive heard 3 months of vegg will produce a really nice big plant. Youll need a bigger pot as the roots will take up more space. I think with such a large plant it might be a bit hard to get light all the way down to the bottom, so thats a factor unless you have options for good side lighting, such as flouresent tubes... Another way to go by is when your plant starts showing its sex, which will take a good number of weeks, probably not quite 3 months though. At this point the plant is ready to flower and will go into flower very quickly when switched to 12/12. It depends on what you got going on, if you have a stretchy sativa and you vegg it for 3 months you better have quite a ceiling and side lighting is going to be need, maybe a vertical scrog would be the way to do that best.

you can do it by weeks. I flowered mine @ 5wks. although if I waited 8 I would get more bud.
