I understand how to make 1-2-2, lucas formula. But 3-1-4 I have no Idea. So I guess Im realy asking how many ml of micro veg bloom I use.

ok, i was being a smart ass, but really i just wasn't at my office last night when I read this. So let me give it a go now

your solution is
0.383333 Micro
0.0916667 Bloom
0.541667 Gro

or, normalized for Bloom,
4.16 Micro
1 Bloom
5.8 Gro
