How do i make hemp

i just finished my first grow; snowcap and ramulan strain. It was soil grown and a success. Now i want to make a hemp bravlet out of it with the stems and the stalk. How do i go about doing this?
 
soak the stalks in water for a few hours, then u have to mash up the stalks to get the long fibers. let the bark & interior of the plant fall out as u mash it up so all your left with is the fibers. weave that into a braclet & that's it

Probably easier said. I was wondering about this. I could not find much info on the net about it.
