How do i stop leaf burn from water?

Hey everyone thanks for taking the time to look at this. I have a small 4x3x7 ft grow tent that I constantly need a humidifier in to help cool and raise humidity above 35%. The problem I'm running into is the mist from it lands on the leafs and creates a magnifying glass for the light. The problem isn't serious...more annoying than anything.

will a drop of soap every time I fill help? Moving the humidifier is not an option.

a drop of soap probably would help. the burns are caused by water beading up then acting like a magnifying glass, adding a wetting agent such as soap will break the water tension so it dosent bead up. however I recommend using a better wetting agent as you don't want soap building up on ur buds. head down to the hydro store and ask for a wetting agent good for foliar feeding, then add a drop to your humidifier, might work

Could one perhaps just try using Jet Dry?

We use this when making spore syringes in mycology, to keep
the spores from clumping.

I suggest it because only a very small amount ought to be needed.

Anyway, good luck OP.
