Looks like you are 3-5 weeks into flower?, you will need to wait 4-6 weeks if that is the case. Get a jewelers loupe and inspect the tricomes, after 20-50% amber/cloudy you can harvest depending on what your preferences are.

Based on the pic, you have 100% white pistils, so even if you are going to harvest based on pistil color you have a ways to go. What kind of lighting are you using? How far into flower are they? What strain are you growing?

400 watt cfl about 5 weeks into flower don't know the strain but it sure is producing a lot of bud.!

It looks healthy, good job. Sounds like it is a bag seed and it looks like a hybrid, on average you should wait about 8 1/2 weeks to harvest. I would buy a cheap loupe on ebay for about $5 and start inspecting the tricomes in about 2-3 weeks.
