its about 5- 6 inches tall

they look healthy but you need to get the light a hell of alot closer than that.

That second pic the plant appears to really be reaching for the light. Bring the light closer.

ur almost a month into growing them and they're only that tall???.. if so then hell yea bring the light closer lol
