How does one go about finding clientel these days?

Just a young man trying to pay his way through school. Where do you find reliable customers if you have only a small base of people you know? I'd prefer to find people that would benefit medicaly ie repeat customers that have something to lose by snitching. Cancer and aids patients vets Ext.

I usually just help people out I think would benefit by giving them medicine, helps give me feed back on the product and they are more than willing to get you respectful clients on the monetary side. Lose the thug attitude that's not what the industry should be about in my opinion
