How does she look for 1 week old?

Just want your opinions on how she looks gor being around a week old. Planted in ocean forest (ik people say its to hot but im sure itll live with a lil nute burn at first, but none yet!), and just a single 23w cfl(all i can do at this moment till i can get more fixtures and bulbs) about 1.5 inches away 24/7. Any advice for down the road would also be appreciated! this is my 2nd grow but 1st one only made it about a month and a half cause the damn cat ATE EM. DX im assuming im doing pretty good with light so far cause its only about 1.5 inches tall. I see lots of crazy streched babies on here.

im sorry to say but 1 cfl isnt going to produce anything. youll need several hundred watts of cfl. look at the cfl subforum in the indoor growing section to get an idea.

you seedling hasnt even had the chance to start stretching. it will when it starts to grow leaf and stem though. in addition to that you arent using the correct color temp cfl for vegging your seedling. you want 6500k for veg and 2700k for flowering (if im not mistaken lol) but fwiw it looks OK for now.
LEDs arent expensive these days, a couple hundred bucks will get you a decent light... i paid 210 shipped i think for my 600w galaxy hydro from amazon.
