How far away should T5 light be?

Hello I have 1 autoflower going.
I have her in a tent with a 2ft x 4bulb T5.
I am using hortilux powerveg bulbs.
she will be 3 weeks old in just a few dyys.
How far away from the top should the light be and should I be using vegging setup or flower setup?

I have mine at about 6inches.
Should I be using the vegging mix or switch to flower mix.

When starts flower change use flower mix

A few inches for a small t5 like yours.

I have to keep my 4 foot 8 bulb unit about 12-15 inches away or I get burns.

I prefer a mixed spectrum from start to finish.

The key to big autos is starting in final pot. 3-5 gallon. Using veg nutes all the way to the end or at least until stretch is done.

Both increase veg time.

Using bloom nutes at first sign of flower induces flowering quicker.

I'm really surprised someone hasn't got on here and told you what you "should" be using. I hate those f#$*&$s.
