How I mask the smell of my plants

I live in suburban area. I worry about the overwhelming smell from my plants. This is how I try to mask the smell. Only way I have found that works well.

Fresh cow manure. Not composted manure. I get about 1.5 yards from local farmer. I will add the manure all over my front yard flower beds in September. I also put a pile on one side of my house. I leave the rest in the trailer on the other side of the house. I Always ask my neighbors if they want some for their flower beds. I just say I bought to much again. If they take some even better. It's part of my plan. Come later sept. and oct. it smells like a farm around my house. You have to stir the shit in the trailer and the pile on the side of the house daily. But it does work. As the weeks go buy keep bringing out shovel loads to the front yard flower beds to keep it fresh smelling.

In my case I only need to mask the smell of people walking buy my house. This method works well.

Fair enough. But I would rather have shit smell than local gangs knowing I got 15lbs in my backyard.

You should add some intense smelling plants into your front and side gardens.
Just do a quick search for strong scented plants native to your area.

do have marigolds out front along with a bunch of other flowers and what not. Never stopped the skunk smell flowing out of my backyard though.

I also forgot to add to always asked your neighbors if they want some extra manure. Even if they say no thanks it's lets them know what the smell is and why.
