How Important Is Light Spectrum

Hello All,
While down at my local Target, looking for materials to build my growbox, I saw these lights. http://www.target.com/s?keywords=5-pack+GE+26+watt+CFL&searchNodeID=1038576|1287991011&ref=sr_bx_1_1&x=0&y=0
When I got home, I went to that URL and found out that they are 3000K.
Now I know that you need 2700k for flowering and 6500k for veg.
My question is, should I get these or keep looking since they are 26w 3000k.

I got my 2700k at Home Depot, 7.99 for a 4 pack of 23w(100 Eq.)
6500k at wal-mart like 7 bucks for a 2-pack

If you don't have these 2 stores within 30 minutes driving distance and you DO have a target, i'm sorry, i cannot help you...lol


I just set up a couple grow areas, still in the process of finishing. Just need to dial in the humidity. Good luck!
