i think my plant's a little root bound and it's about 4-5 weeks deep. is it even worth transplanting?

well if you do it carefully it shouldn't be a problem, most plants start acting a little weird after transplant because you shake off a little dirt from the roots before putting it back into a bigger container with soil. I would just put some soil into a bigger container, carefully place the plant on top of it, and adding soil to the sides. Since you're already in week 4-5 you might not have so much growth anymore but better safe than sorry. Best case scenario will give you some more bud, so i'd go for it.

yea cuz i was talkin to these supergrowers and they said my buds weren't exploding because of my pot size(2-3 gal)

Well there is only one sure way to find out.
If you have experience in transplanting then I say do it.

your buds will fill out just fine in a three gallon pot unless you have some monsters on your hands. each strain is different, and i know the general rule of thumb is you need a gallon of medium per foot of growth but i have seen sour diesel plants in *3\4 gallon pots* that are over 5 feet tall yielding lots more bud than I ever have with SD in 3 gallons. not every strain will work like that but that gives you an idea of how things vary.

well see this white widow i had got attacked by mites so it's trying to recover but it's budding extremely slow and not filling out nearly as much as my other strains. i'm sure it's white widow if that was even a question... i'll put some picks up tom.
