How long after Jogging/LST does it take to get back to normal?

I had just started to jog my plant with zip ties around my net pot for my DWC. The first plant cracked the stem again but i have faith it will heal and the other two went flawlessly. My question is how long till the leaves that are face down take to turn and face up. some of them are pretty close to the plastic and I am having a hard time grasping how these will turn over. Don't know if its me just being paranoid or its an actual concern.

mine recover by the next day, two days max

the stem that cracked a little bit still folds on half pretty easy. I would say another day or two and it will be cool.

When I "shock" lst'ed my plant it was about 4 days before it bounced back.
