So about 5 days ago I put a bunch of seeds in rockwool cubes to pop. The 2x2 kind. They have been popping up each day since. Some just have their cotes, some have their first leafs. I'm planning on doing some hempy cups with them, but I won't be able to get any perilite until Wednesday, which will be roughly a week for them... The roots are poking out of the bottom of the cubes a bit. They dried out a little and I put about a quarter inch of water in the bottom of the bin, they sucked it up real quick. Am I ok until Wednesday? They are stretchy as fuck, but once I get the perilite I'll be able to bury them a bit.
How long are seedlings OK in cubes?

Yes, you will be fine. Just keep them watered and in a good environment.
I usually watered my cubes twice per day, just a little bit, and from the bottom by quickly dipping them in some water.
