How long can I leave them in the 16oz party cups

ya I just planted 3 days ago and they are like 1 inch tall already is this normal they seen to growing fast how long till I have to transplant and whats the longest I can let them veg.

If they're getting too long "stretching", move your lights closer.

Mine are going that well still because they're in an ebb and flow table. It waters as evenly as possible so the roots don't just all bunch up at the bottom or sides.

It's still rootbound, but it just doesn't matter so much.
