How long do germinated seeds last?

I germinated my seeds two days ago and planted half of them. Unfortunately life happened and something came up. The rest of the seeds that I didn't plant I wrapped in a moist paper towel and kept underneath my kitchen sink where it's above 75 degrees and dark my question is how long can I leave them there before I have to plant them where they go bad or is there something I can do to put them up for a couple more days

I've read that people grow the seeds taproot an inch or more before even planting them, me I wait till it's about 14mm then I plant them, just be careful tissue is wet as once a taproot pulled off when I did it.

Prob a couple more days. If they weave themselves into the paper towel just get the paper towel really wet and cut them out. Not like cut near the roots but like cut a section out.

as soon as mine pop and show a tap root i plant them pretty much straight away. i wouldn't leave them more than 3 or 4 days

Yeah this was definitely not my intention. But it is the world we live in. I'm hoping to have them down tomorrow morning
