How long do Globes last for

How long do your globes last for and does it make much difference in flower if your light are 2 years old that have had 3 runs
Any help would be great full

If you are talking HID bulbs i always saw a big difference in two grows or less vs 2 years
The light still appears the same brightness but the yield was higher with better quality bud
Swap em out with even cheap hps and change them every grow
Well worth it in my opinion
