how long into flowering do buds starts to appears?

im 3 weeks into flowering and my plants still look like they did in veg just more leaves

Be patient for what your waiting for, it will come there's no rush with nature.

If your plants weren't sexually mature when you switched to 12/12, it's going to take longer.
