How long is White Widow life time?

I planted about 3 weeks ago several White Widow plants. Now thy are about 20cm. When is good time to put them in flowering? how many cm about and how much time has to be when they are ready for flowering.

wait until they are 27-30 cm's.
I'm growing white widows too and im waiting till they each reach 33cm's before putting them in flower.
Time isnt a factor.
some people use HPS,MH,CFL's.
Some dont water properly or feed tons of nutes.
It all depends on what u used.
Dont flower by time but by height.
