How long till i can start flowering?

I believe im growing a strain of blueberry skunk and it is now a 1 1/2ft. I planted the seed in the soil on the 4th of august. Can i begin flowering now or would it be a waste and i should wait a little bit longer because ive heard that this strain of bud can double even tripple in size by the end of its flowing stage and I am a little short on space :?:

btw the seeds were germinated before planted and the plant is now in a 3 gallon container growing under 3 cfls and im growing it in my closet if any of that information helps...

they are ready to flower now but its a matter of choice wait longer get bigger buds
if you have the room veg them a little longer

U can flower now if you want to they can possibly x2 in size thru flowering,

wait till they grow far enough past your tying point to point upwards again then retie at a different position
