After about a month in veg you should start to see some.

if its grown from seed and you just let it veg, as mentioned above, it depends on the strain, but a plant doesnt even begin to determine its sex until after about 3 weeks.. ive never had anything show signs of pre-flower until week 4 or 5, but they are very noticeable around weeks 7-8... the easiest way is to take cuttings and flower the cuttings.. if not, just change your lighting to 12/12 and in two weeks you should know exactly what it is..
