how long to go + a few other queries

First time grower wondering how long it will approximately be until my babies are ready to harvest.
Also, is the rapidity at which the pistils are browning normal or something I should be worried about? Just posting pics of those plants furthest along the cycle.

Oh yeh also, most of the buds really aren't that fluffy yet, will that come with time or is it lacking in nutrients?
Sorry one more question: I'm growing in the Netherlands where it is normally still decent weather in September but this year is pretty cold and also wet. I tend to bring my plants in at night and whenever the weather is bad but that's almost all of the time now and I'm worried the plants aren't getting enough sun to grow big, juicy buds.

I put my plants inside at night too...Too high humidity for flowering plants during the night could cause rot...To be sure whats going on with the buds but a cheap microscope (10€) and then u have nothing to worry about just check the trichomes and u know when its ready to harvest....The pistils can turn brow because of the sun too so be careful dont rely 100% on the pistils
